Moscow's Bolshoi Ballerinas Star in LK Bennett Subway Ad

The British brand LK Bennett, whose clothes and accessories are worn at official events by the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, has invited Russian ballet dancers of the Bolshoi Theatre, Anna Okuneva and Janina Parienko, to take part in its image campaign.

The dancers, dressed in the brand’s attire and on pointes, posed at Mayakovskaya metro station and Metropol hotel.

Anna Okuneva, a ballerina of the Bolshoi Theatre, graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Choreography. Her repertoire includes roles in the ballets Jewels, Giselle, Hero of Our Time and others.

Yanina Parienko, a ballerina of the Bolshoi Theatre, graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Choreography. She performed in La Sylphide, Moidodyr, La Bayadere and others.

LK Bennett was founded in London in 1990. Initially, it specialized in footwear manufacturing. It produced its first clothing collection in 1998. Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, is one of the company’s honorary clients. The brand is available in more than 130 boutiques around the world, including Russia.
