Streaming service Netflix has aploaded the complete third season of “Chef’s Table,” its documentary series about the culinary traditions of the world, to its website. The series feature chefs from different countries talking about their approach to food and showing how they manage their kitchens.
One of the episodes features Vladimir Mukhin, a chef at the Moscow restaurant White Rabbit. In 2016, White Rabbit was listed for the second time in Restaurant Magazine’s prestigious ranking of the world’s top 50 restaurants. White Rabbit came in 18th in 2016 after finishing 23rd in 2015. The episode’s trailer shows Mukhin making soup with elk lips.
The third season of “Chef’s Table” has six episodes, first of which was released on Feb. 17.
Mukhin was born in Yessentuki and began his career there in his father’s restaurant. Thanks to Mukhin’s efforts, the White Rabbit Family holding company, which includes White Rabbit, Luciano, Chicha and other restaurants, now has the White Rabbit Lab, where Mukhin and his team test new technologies and tastes.
