New Russian-Chinese YotaPhone Presented in China

Within the framework of the IV Russian-Chinese EXPO in Chinese Harbin, the BaoliYota Technology has presented new YotaPhone 3 equipped with two screens, RIA Novosti news agency reported Firday.

Technical characteristics of new device have not been disclosed yet. It has been revealed that a smartphone will be released in two versions: 64 and 128 gigabytes of internal memory. YotaPhone 3 features two independent screens, where the frontal screen is based on the electronic ink technology.

Smartphone sales are scheduled to kick off in autumn this year. Depending on a model, a cost will be $350 or $450.

As of today, 34.9% of Yota Devices company belong to Telconet foundation headed by Sergey Adonyev and Albert Avdolyan. Chinese Baoli Technologies Holdings Limited owns 30% of the company. The remaining 25.1% and 10% belong to the Russian Rostec and MTH Limited, respectively.

In December 2014, the previous model YotaPhone 2 was presented in Russia.
