Heliport-M Airline (Heliports of Russia Group) began ticket sales for charter helicopter flights, as reported by Interfax citing the company’s press release.

According to a Heliport-M representative, they are the first Russian airline to obtain a permit to perform such services.

The company announced that their clients can fly anywhere within Russia. “You come over, tell us where you need to go; an expert draws up your route; you buy the ticket and fly to your destination. Passengers can travel alone or in a group,” a company representative explained.

Flights will be conducted on Robinson R66 four-seaters and Eurocopter EC130 T2 six-seaters. An hour-long flight will cost at least $712 if you choose the R66 and $1360 if you pick the Eurocopter. The price includes the VAT, but not the flight organization fees.

Heliport-M was founded in 2015, but had not provided passenger services until now. Helicopter flights to popular tourist destinations offered by Heliports of Russia were conducted by a different company within the group, Heliports Moscow. The service was only available for club members.

According to SPARK-Interfax database, 100% of Heliport-M shares belong to Alexander Khrustalev.
