Travellers Name Best Russian B&Bs

Ostrov Park Hotel in the Pskov region won travel website TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice 2017 award for best bed and breakfast in Russia.

According to the hotel’s website, the cheapest room costs 2,400 roubles per day ($41.40) and the hotel is home to a restaurant and a sauna, as well as a dock for rafts and kayaks, and a picnic area.

Second place went to Kamerdiner Hotel in St. Petersburg’s city centre, which has rooms starting at 3,900 roubles ($67.30). Third place on the list was Zapovednik, which is also in St. Petersburg. The cheapest room here costs 2,900 roubles ($50).

Travellers' Choice awards are given out based on reviews left by travellers on TripAdvisor’s website. The winners are determined based on the quantity and quality of the reviews and ratings.
